About White Hills

White Hills Coffee & Deli was born from a simple belief: your neighborhood deserves a place where every cup of coffee is thoughtfully brewed and every sandwich is made with the best ingredients we can find.

Rooted in Shelton, Connecticut, we're building more than a café — we're creating a gathering place where the morning rush feels personal, the afternoon break feels earned, and every visit feels like coming home.

Our coffee is sourced from small-batch roasters who share our commitment to quality. Our deli menu is built around fresh, seasonal ingredients and recipes that respect the craft of simple, satisfying food.

Where Our Coffee Comes From

Guatemala — Xuj Kape

Single Origin Light / Medium Roast · Women Produced

Our coffee is sourced from 19 woman-owned farms nestled high in the remote mountains of Aldea Q'om and Canton El Plan, in Huehuetenango, Guatemala — a region celebrated worldwide for its exceptional and unique coffees, grown along the Mexican border at elevations between 1,300 and 1,800 meters above sea level.

Together, these farmers cultivate 26 planted hectares of land, producing a washed Caturra and Bourbon varietal with bright tasting notes of citrus, molasses, and a sweet finish. We are honored to carry their work in every cup.
